5 Steps To Ensure A Successful Building Project

Is my site useable?

Timberline Buildings requires a level site to build upon. Ideally, your level site would allow 3 feet of working room on each side. For example, you will need a 36x46 level pad for a 30x40 pole building.

How will I finance my project?

It is important to research your financing options prior to entering into an agreement with us for your project. We now offer financing through HFS Financial and Home Loan Investment Bank. Please contact us for an application or more information. Most banks today offer very competitive rates on Home Equity Loans. Your Timberline Rep will ask you for a 25% deposit upon signing your agreement. An additional payment will be required upon delivery of the building and the final balance will be due at the completion of the project.

Note: In some cases we would accept a $1,000.00 "drawing" deposit which allows us to release drawings and other information to you for obtaining your permit.
